5 DAYS OF INSPIRATION
Indigo Books & Music will host Five Days of Inspiration for families seeking entertaining activities that all ages can enjoy during Spring Break. Starting Monday, March 14th you can enjoy interactive FREE events that include everything from arts, crafts and scientific fun to games and great books that inspire wonderful reading escapes!
In addition to 20% savings on Kids and Teen books, families will find clever games and activities for every age and stage to continue the fun at home.
Visit Indigo at Toronto Eaton Centre as they host the following daily events beginning at 11AM:
Monday: Share a Story Day
Indigo celebrates Melanie Watt with Scaredy Squirrel-inspired story time and activities. Plus, sign up for Indigo’s reading challenge. Exciting Reading Escapes await every member of the family!
Tuesday: Game Day
Join the Jenga challenge!
Families can get their game on with new and classic games suitable for every age and stage including Jenga, Yahtzee, or the award-winning crossword-style word game Bananagrams ($19.95).
Wednesday: Science Day
Craft new inventions by reusing everyday household items!
Encourage Fun Science experimentation with the 4M Green Science toy kits. Kids aged 8 and up will love making their own “soda can robug” and “solar rover” or they can explore 29 different potato-themed experiments in the Potato Chip Science Kit by Allen Kurzwei ($21.95).
Thursday: Ultimate LEGO Challenge
Kids will love exploring the LEGO collection of games that you build, play and change including My First LEGO Set ($19.95) and Minotaurus ($34.95).
Friday: Craft Day
Bring your imagination to Indigo, and they’ll supply the crafts.
Create Your Own Masterpiece with My Tissue Art ($12.95) - a glue-free tissue collage kit that includes a rainbow of colours to keep little hands entertained (recommended for 3-5 year olds). Families will discover more creative projects for every age including Velvet Art ($19.95) and the award-winning Book of Paper Airplanes ($16.95).
