Purpose & Impact on Organization:
The candidate will contribute to store profitability by making sure that store targets are met for a defined area as well as coordinating team members to provide the best possible balance of service and operations, resulting in a leading shopping experience. The candidate will also have to supervise and coach a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocates resources and organizes processes within his/her area of responsibility to drive efficiency and productivity in a variety of situations
• Has a working knowledge of the Retail KPIs and makes commercial decisions within his/her area of responsibility
• Tracks performance data for his/her area (i.e., best sellers, space allocation, etc.) and makes the necessary adjustments to drive productivity and efficiency
• Is a role model for customer service and boosts sales and Brand experience by using advanced sales techniques and appropriate elements of the adidas customer service model
• Supports the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of the store team
• Coaches, motivates and inspires individuals within his/her area of responsibility to maximize their performance
• Make sure that all aspects of the store are cleaned and well maintained at all times and that the following tasks are done properly:
o Recovery should be done each night.
o Restocking should be done before store hours as much as possible.
o Projects and restocking that have to be done during store hours should be accomplished in a neat and orderly manner.
o Must be available all days, nights, weekends and holidays
