Wheelchairs & Stroller Loan
In an effort to ensure all our customers have an opportunity to enjoy their shopping experience, free stroller and wheelchair loans guarantee hassle-free access to all your favorite stores and services. Toronto Eaton Centre's wheelchair entrances and in-mall ramps offer complete mobility throughout the Centre. In order to loan a stroller or wheelchair you will need to provide a $20.00 deposit and one of the following pieces of identification: Passport, Driver's License or Permanent Resident card. Please note - some restrictions do apply on wheelchair and stroller loans, visit the Info Desk on level 2 or contact us at (416) 598-8560 for more information.
If at any time during a visit to Toronto Eaton Centre you discover you have lost/misplaced an article, or have been separated from a member of your party, visit the Info Desk on Level 2 immediately.
