If you've mastered Apple pro and consumer applications, you can share your expertise through workshops and one-to-one customer training. This is a great place for digital artists of all kinds, including photographers, filmmakers, musicians, editors, and web designers.
A position you'll love:
• Providing personal, one-on-one training and adjusting your teaching style and pace to meet the needs of the individual.
• Conducting presentations and workshops using Apple-approved training techniques and materials.
• Being one of the go-to people for creative tools knowledge in the store. • Patiently showing customers such basic computing skills as double-clicking,
using the Internet, organizing photos, and creating simple websites. • Teaching our customers how to make a movie, record a song, draw digitally or

Genius (Full Time)
As a friendly face behind the Genius Bar, you'll be able to take the thorniest questions and answer them in plain old English. Troubleshoot hardware and software. Provide basic customer training. And perform timely repairs. All of which make for some very happy customers. Last but not least, you'll serve as a resident expert and coach for your sales assistant colleagues.

• Solving problems-things happen and you're there to fix them. • Providing frontline customer support at the Genius Bar, including hardware and
software troubleshooting and diagnosis. • Troubleshooting and repairing Apple hardware and software. • Juggling customer and product issues with a genuine sense of urgency. • Turning around repairs to customers as quickly as possible. • Being one of the go-to people for technical knowledge in the store. • Having passion about customer service and a commitment to exceeding
expectations.
